Terms of Service
1. I expect all my customers to be polite and well mannered, of course you can also be funny and just drop in to chat but please keep things strictly sfw. If your reference or profile has nsfw content then I reserve the right to decline the commission. This includes commissioning anything from me that can be considered nsfw or suggestive.2. Payment will be half up front and half after the sketch is finished to your satisfaction. If for some reason I can't complete it, I will give you what I have completed and your money back minus the worth of the art already completed. You can ask for the paint file and you have my permission to find another artist to complete it so long as you credit me. If for some reason you don't follow through with the payment, you will be blacklisted and not allowed to purchase any of my art in future. You may not haggle with me over my prices unless resolving a misunderstanding on what you're commissioning.3. I am still exploring payment methods. You may ask if I accept transactions on other platforms, and I will look into them, but I do not sign up to anything even slightly dodgy. Paypal (TBA), Deviantart points and coupons (you pay for something on my behalf, for the value of the commission) are accepted currencies. Deviantart points are highly preferred, the rate of USD to Deviantart points is 80 points =$1. You may have seen it listed as 100 = $1 but thats because Deviantart charges 20% if you wihdraw the points to paypal.4. Sometimes my commissions take longer than expected, but you can ask for a refund if you're ever uncomfortable, minus the value of the work I've done already (you get the paint file for what I've done so far if you request it. You have my permission to let someone else finish it so long as i am given credit). If it takes longer than three months, and I did not give you any warning when you first commissioned me that it would take that long, you are entitled to a full refund, plus whatever I have completed in that time. I will endeavor to complete all commissions within the month. If you request a refund I reserve the right to blacklist you depending on circumstances.5. You can have up to three major changes during the sketch phase (arm position, feet position, direction the character is facing etc), but no main changes after that. Any more will incur a reasonable fee ($4-10). You are entitled to two WIP images. One after the sketch is done (if any major changes are required you can have another to check I've got it right) and you will pay after that. Then you will get one after the flat colour to fix any colour changes and finally, the finished product.6. I reserve the right to post my art anywhere I choose for monetary purposes (advertising, social media, video thumbnails) but the character remains yours and you are entitled to credit for the character. I will not resell the art and you may request a large watermark if I do post it elsewhere (to prevent character stealing).7. You may post my art anywhere you choose, but please do not edit it or color change it without my permission, especially if you are posting it online. This is so I can make sure your OC hasn't been stolen/I'm not getting credit for something I didn't do.8. You must read the ToS (Arguably the most important ToS)
